Long awaited Lisbeth Marcher's new book Body Encyclopedia: A Guide to the Psychological Functions of the Muscular System is published and will be available on December. There are some reviews from distinguished people on the fields of psychology and psychotherapy:
..."I believe that most schools of psychology and therapy have failed to understand fundamental ways humans use to make meaning about themselves in the world. Marcher and Fich, and other bodynamic colleagues make a stunning step forward in overcoming our error by deepening our understanding of meaning making. Their bodynamic system provides us with powerful insights into the meanings made in the body and their psychological actualization. I particularly value their fundamental developmental framework, especially because so much of what I study in infants is only body dynamics. Their approach helps us to understand the pathways humans move through and how it will help us to work effectively with our patients, young and old."...
